1. Agreement
By using getfeemath.com you agree to these terms. "We" means the independent publisher of this site.
2. What this site is
Free calculators that estimate the fees a marketplace or store platform charges on a sale, plus guides explaining those fees. Everything runs in your browser.
We are independent. Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, eBay and any other platform named here are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
3. Estimates, not advice
Every figure is an estimate built from published fee schedules. Real fees depend on your category, sales history, offsite advertising, payment method, currency conversion, tax and optional programmes. Check the platform's own documentation before relying on a number. Nothing here is financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and no professional relationship arises from using the site.
4. Accuracy
We check published rates periodically and show the last-check date on each calculator. Rates change without notice, so a calculator may be out of date between checks, and we may make mistakes. We fix errors when we find them but do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete or current. Tell us at [email protected].
5. Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you click one and later buy a paid plan we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and this is disclosed where those links appear. A commission never changes a calculated result, and no partner can pay us to alter a fee figure or leave a competitor out of a comparison.
6. Acceptable use
You may not scrape or automate requests in a way that degrades the service, reach non-public parts of it, interfere with its security, republish or mirror it wholesale, resell access, present an estimate as an official platform figure, or use the site in breach of the law. Quoting a result with attribution and a link is fine; bulk extraction needs our written permission.
7. Content and ownership
The text, guides, calculator logic, design and the GetFeeMath name belong to us; platform names, trademarks and fee schedules belong to their owners. You get a limited, revocable licence to view the site and quote short excerpts with attribution. Sites we link to are outside our control and governed by their own terms.
8. Availability and warranties
The site is free and provided as is and as available. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including an individual calculator, without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law we give no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy, and do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or business decisions made in reliance on a calculated figure. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free site is zero, and USD 100.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer protection you have under the laws of your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date changes when we do, and continued use means you accept the change. Material changes are announced on the homepage for 30 days.
11. General
If a provision is unenforceable the rest stays in force, a failure to enforce is not a waiver, and these terms with the privacy policy are our entire agreement. Where translations exist, the English version prevails.
