We reply within 7 days. There is no contact form on this site: a form needs a server that stores what you type, and this site deliberately has none — every calculator runs in your browser.
When to write
- A fee looks wrong. Send the calculator page, the figure you expected and, if you have it, the link to the platform's own fee page. Corrections are checked against the official source before the stored data changes.
- Something is broken. A calculator that will not run, a page that will not load, a link that goes nowhere.
- Partnerships and licensing. Affiliate programmes, tool integrations, or permission to reuse our tables.
Privacy requests
Requests about your own data — access, correction, erasure, objection — go to [email protected] rather than the general address. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected and the timelines that apply.
What we cannot help with
Account, payout or listing problems on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon or eBay. GetFeeMath is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with any of those platforms; only the platform itself can look at your account. The same goes for tax and accounting questions — the calculators estimate published fees, nothing more.
